Novel slant on personal injury claim advertising

There has been a lot in the press recently about personal injury, fraud and exaggerated claim in personal injury and the changes which are coming to success fees for claimant personal injury lawyers which will in future mean that the guarantee of 100% compensation being retained by the claimant no longer applying in the majority of cases.

The one thing you can almost guarantee with personal injury, in contrast to other so-called more technical areas of law, is that the personal injury solicitors are far more savvy about marketing than most general legal practitioners.

So, some very creative advertising and a clever slant on what appears to be a negative development for both lawyers and claimants.

Personal injury specialists Claim Today are launching an advertising blitz based not only on criticizing the proposed changes to the success element of injury lawyers fees but on the back of this also encouraging any claimants who may have a claim to crack on with it, before the new changes will come into effect. The slogan they are using is “don’t delay claim today”.

All in all very clever, and the other thing about personal injury law firms, is that when they go for a marketing campaign, they resource it, since the Claim Today campaign is understood to have a budget of a cool £1 million.
